*** FY26-FY28 Agreement has been ratified and is pending approval by Coralville City Council ***

Here’s what’s in the agreement:

Wages:

  • FY26 - 3% across-the-board wage increase (effective July 1, 2025) 

  • FY27 – 3.25% across the board wage increase (effective July 1, 2026) 

  • FY28 – 3.25% across-the-board wage increase (effective July 1, 2027) 

  • Grades II, III, WW/W Ops, and IV will have a total of eight steps

  • Grade III will have a total of $1000.00 added to each step in FY26, FY27, and FY28

Other Terms: 

  • Article XV General Provisions- Miscellaneous

    • Inclement Weather: The City will participate in the cost of safety toe footwear for employees. Beginning July 1, 2025, The City will reimburse the employee up to $100 per pair one time per fiscal year.

      The employee shall submit a statement to the City offices from the firm selling the shoes showing the cost of the safety toe footwear. The City will reimburse the employee for the City cost.

  • All other parts of contract will remain the same
