Here’s what’s in the agreement:
Wages:
FY26 - 3% across-the-board wage increase (effective July 1, 2025)
FY27 – 3.25% across the board wage increase (effective July 1, 2026)
FY28 – 3.25% across-the-board wage increase (effective July 1, 2027)
Grades II, III, WW/W Ops, and IV will have a total of eight steps
Grade III will have a total of $1000.00 added to each step in FY26, FY27, and FY28

Article XV General Provisions- Miscellaneous
Inclement Weather: The City will participate in the cost of safety toe footwear for employees. Beginning July 1, 2025, The City will reimburse the employee up to $100 per pair one time per fiscal year.
The employee shall submit a statement to the City offices from the firm selling the shoes showing the cost of the safety toe footwear. The City will reimburse the employee for the City cost.
All other parts of contract will remain the same
